Spectrum Group. He played significant role in positioning the group as one of
the 10 best IT companies in Bangladesh. During the last 12 years the group emerged as
the leader for quality of IT services for the Telecom, Manufacturing and Financial
Institutions.
He took special interest in developing Quality process and actively sponsored
CMMI Level 3 implementation. He has prior experience in IT education management
and responsible for group HR planning for developing Human resources for the group.
He traveled extensively in different parts of North America,
Europe(UK, France, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden), India, Singapore,
Malaysia for business research and marketing.
He has significant contribution in developing the industry cluster. His
tenure as the Secretary General of BASIS and EC member of BCS
resulted in placing the Association in the international arena. He
has played the key role in developing ICT business in UK, and Western
Europe through establishing partnership with the ICT industry associations in
Europe. He is currently in charge of BASIS for developing strategies for
promoting Bangladesh as the global name for offshore system development & integration.
Mushfiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of Spectrum Engineering Consortium , a Mechanical Engineer, is one of the co-founders of Spectrum group. He possesses excellent track record of developing long term Business Strategy to position Spectrum in the emerging value added market.
Through out his 12+ years involvement with Spectrum, he has acquired skills in
negotiating with International clients & partners to guide Spectrum towards
high end IT & Telecommunication market by forming strategic technology
partnership with world leading Companies like Intel, Satyam, D-Link, NetApp,
Infor-Datastream & CA.
Under his dynamic leadership, Spectrum emerged as one of the leaders in
Networking and Software Solution providers in Bangladesh. He is widely regarded
and acknowledged by the group for developing OSS and BSS businesses in Telecom
industry.
He is the leader for promoting & positioning Spectrum as the global name
for offshore house for system development & integration. As a part of
the program, he visited and participated large number of International Exhibitions
like CeBit 2003 & 2004, CommunicAsia, and Outsource World NY 2007,
EU (Belgium, Netherlands, and England), Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.
He visited US (Washington D.C & Silicon Valley, California) in 2004 through
USAID funded project as one of the key delegates from Bangladesh for IT Business
linkage program.
He actively participates in the ICT industry forum like BCS, BASIS
for advocacy in the policy making for the development of ICT industry.
Khandakar Asif Hasan, Director & CTO of Spectrum Engineering Consortium, a Computer Science and Engineering Graduate, is one of the co-founders of Spectrum group. He holds more than 12 years of experience in Technology Management of Spectrum for Telecom industry where he led numerous projects like Rollout Control and Base Station Tracking solution, Switch Performance Analyzer system, Telephone and Telex billing system, Convergent Telephone and Data billing system for PSTN operations, PABX and Digital Exchange call logging and accounting system for digital and IP exchanges and PBX's, Web Based Monitoring System (WBMS) for Fiber Network Physical Security, Video on demand over cellular network.
He is widely regarded as one of the best Software Architects in the country, He is a database expert having 15 years of experience in Oracle, SQL, Sybase, DB2. He holds immense knowledge in multi platform Operating System in areas of Linux, Unix, Solaris, Microsoft Windows, NT etc.
He participated in Technology Management Training in Japan. He participated in several technology conferences and exhibitions such as CeBIT, SAP regional Conferences, CommunicAsia, Computex etc. He traveled in different places of the world like USA, CANDA, UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore etc.
Tanveer Ehsanur Rahman, Director of Spectrum Engineering Consortium, a Civil Engineer, is one of the co-founders of Spectrum Group. He possesses more than 12 years experience in Technology research and development. He is an acclaimed IT Infrastructure & Network domain expert and holds numerous international vendor and professional certifications like CCDA, CCNA, Microsoft Certified Professional, Intel Certified Integration Specialist(ICIS), D-link Certified Network Integrator(DCNI), D-Link Certified Cabling Engineer (DCCE).
During the last 12 years he has been responsible for enhancing technological capabilities for the group. He attained top class technology qualifications though participating in numerous International technical conferences and professional trainings from world leading technology vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, D-link, Huawei, NetApp, CA, HP etc.
He has in depth knowledge in Telecom, Switching & Routing, Storage, LAN, WAN, Wireless technologies, Enterprise Network, Datacenter, Structured Cabling, Enterprise Security, Server and Operating System.
